At Khouri, each piece is made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printify. Khouri does not personally manufacture, package, or ship orders. Instead, once an order is placed through our website, it is sent to Printify and their production partners, who create and ship your item directly to you.
Because each piece is made specifically after purchase, processing and shipping times may vary depending on the product, location, and order volume. Once your order has been produced and shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.
Please make sure your shipping information is correct before completing your purchase. Khouri is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses or circumstances outside of our control, including carrier delays or weather-related issues.
If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your item, please contact us through our website with your order information and photos so we can help resolve the issue.

Refund Policy
At Khouri, each piece is made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printify. Because every item is created specifically after purchase, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as changing your mind, ordering the wrong size, or choosing the wrong product.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or there is an issue with the quality of the product, please contact Khouri within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order information and photos of the issue so we can review it and work toward a solution.If an item is approved for a refund or replacement due to a product issue, Khouri will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Please double-check your order details, including size, color, and shipping information, before completing your purchase. Khouri is not responsible for mistakes made during checkout.
